"My son has been a patient of Trung Le's for over 13 years. Recently he called Dr. Le regarding chest pain. After a couple days he received a callback and was given several prescriptions and told to get an x-ray . The x-ray was done on Friday Oct 3rd. Since this office is now closed on Friday and Monday, the results were not disclosed until, Tuesday. Oct 7th. My son attempted to contact the doctor in the later afternoon of 10/6,since the chest pain had begun to get concerning. While the office was still open, no callback, at all. My son called several times, as did I, no answer. All done before 4pm, closing time. You took a promise though long time ago termed Hippocratic oath, to serve your patients. My son was just ignored having been told earlier in the morning of the 7th he had pneumonia. Now that the office was closed, there should have been some sort of backup. The front desk folks, are so laxed in their duties, they may never have given you the message. Very, very unprofessional. My understanding is you are in the process of retiring, but you shouldn't treat your patients and sources of income as you treated him over the last several days. I met you some years ago,and was impressed. I admired your style, it mimicked the footprint of the physicians we have/had in our family. Now, I'm totally disappointed. Your folks at the front desk are useless. My hope is my son gets better, in spite of your negligence. Enjoy your retirement."
